Beyond our general approach, we adapt our strategy to your business structure and your situation. Contact us for guidance on your specific case.

Designing the Right Letter of Credit Structure

We look at your own business needs and design letter of credit structures that remove payment risk. Our approach complies with global banking standards and all local rules. This gives you a secure base for your deal.

Meticulous Documentation Compliance Verification

Our service includes a full review of all the documents, terms and conditions needed. This prevents rejection for discrepancies (mismatches between the papers and the credit). It also keeps the process smooth so payment is released on time, protecting your business.

Bank Coordination and Communication Management

We help issuing banks, advising banks and beneficiaries (the sellers being paid) talk to each other clearly. This prevents delays and mix-ups. It makes sure all parties know their duties and time limits.

Frequently asked questions about Legal Document Drafting

What types of documents does a legal document drafting service in Dubai cover?

It covers the formal documents a person or company issues, swears or records on its own. These include affidavits and sworn declarations, consent and authorisation letters, termination letters, letters of credit, general assembly resolutions, debit notes and declarations of heirs. Agreements between two or more parties are drafted under Drafting Contracts & Agreements instead.

Can I draft a legal document myself instead of using a lawyer?

You can, and for simple papers a careful self-draft may serve. The obstacle is acceptance. The court or office an affidavit or consent letter goes to expects certain elements, and a version missing one can be sent back. A lawyer drafts to the standard of the body that will receive it.

How does Nour Attorneys handle the drafting process?

We start with what the document must achieve: who the parties are, what is being agreed, authorised or declared, and where the document will be used. We then draft it in language both sides can read, review it with you, and adjust the wording before anything is signed or submitted.

Should a lawyer check my document before I sign or submit it?

Yes. A draft is still yours to change; a signed contract or a filed affidavit is not. Corrections at that point run through the other party or the body that holds the document, on their terms. Reviewing the wording while it is still a draft keeps every clause within your control.
